1. Definitions and Interpretation

1.1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the 1xlote Platform, used to access gaming services, manage funds, and place bets.
• "Bet" means a wager placed by a User on any gaming product offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slots, and bingo.
• "Bonus" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives granted by 1xlote to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a User into their Account via approved payment methods for the purpose of placing Bets.
• "GCash" means the electronic wallet payment system operated by Mynt (Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.), used as a primary payment method on the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the 1xlote website accessible at https://1xlote.cam and associated mobile applications.
• "User" means any individual who registers an Account and uses the Platform's services.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's Account balance to their designated payment account.

1.2 Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions: (a) headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation; (b) singular includes plural and vice versa; (c) references to "including" or "includes" are illustrative and not exhaustive; (d) references to statutory provisions include amendments and re-enactments; (e) "writing" includes electronic communications; and (f) these Terms supersede all prior agreements, whether oral or written.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 Agreement to Terms

By registering an Account on 1xlote, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments made from time to time.

2.2 Amendments

1xlote reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of such amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

2.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use 1xlote services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. 1xlote reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that: (a) you are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal; (b) your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws; (c) you are not prohibited from gambling by any applicable law or regulation; and (d) you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where 1xlote services are restricted or prohibited.

3.3 Account Registration

To create an Account, you must: (a) provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number; (b) create a unique username and secure password; (c) verify your email address and mobile phone number; (d) agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy; and (e) complete identity verification (KYC) when requested. You may only register one Account per person, household, IP address, or device. Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including username and password. You agree to: (a) use a strong, unique password; (b) not share your credentials with any third party; (c) immediately notify 1xlote of any unauthorized access or security breach; (d) accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not; and (e) ensure that you log out from your Account after each session.

3.5 Prohibited Users

The following persons are prohibited from registering or using 1xlote: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) persons resident in jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal; (c) persons who have been self-excluded or banned from gaming platforms; (d) employees, contractors, or agents of 1xlote and their immediate family members; (e) persons involved in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities; and (f) persons acting on behalf of others (agents or nominees).

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

1xlote accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, online banking transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks), over-the-counter payments at authorized payment centers, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 1xlote reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Requirements

To deposit funds: (a) the payment account or method must be registered in your legal name; (b) the minimum deposit amount is PHP 100; (c) there is no maximum deposit limit, subject to payment provider restrictions; (d) deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times vary by payment method; and (e) 1xlote does not charge deposit fees, though third-party payment providers may impose their own fees.

4.3 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that: (a) all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of crime; (b) you have legal ownership and control over all deposited funds; (c) funds are not derived from illegal activities including money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or corruption; and (d) you will provide documentation proving the source of funds if requested by 1xlote for compliance purposes.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

1xlote operates in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to: (a) request documentation verifying the source of funds at any time; (b) refuse deposits from unverified sources; (c) freeze Accounts suspected of involvement in money laundering or illegal activities; (d) report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities; and (e) forfeit funds linked to illegal activities.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Process

To withdraw funds from your Account: (a) you must complete identity verification (KYC) by providing government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership; (b) the withdrawal method must match the name on your Account; (c) the minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200; (d) there is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, subject to payment provider restrictions; and (e) withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during business hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 MN PHT), though processing times may vary based on payment method and verification requirements.

5.2 Withdrawal Fees

1xlote does not charge withdrawal fees. However, third-party payment providers (banks, GCash, PayMaya) may impose their own transaction fees, which are the sole responsibility of the User. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be subject to network gas fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

1xlote reserves the right to: (a) suspend or delay withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification; (b) request additional documentation if suspicious activity is detected; (c) reverse withdrawals if Account verification fails; (d) withhold withdrawals if bonus wagering requirements have not been met; (e) refuse withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not in the User's name; and (f) impose withdrawal limits or restrictions for security or compliance reasons.

5.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Funds received as Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Unless otherwise specified in the Bonus terms: (a) the standard wagering requirement is 35x the Bonus amount; (b) only Bets placed after the Bonus is credited count toward wagering requirements; (c) different games contribute differently to wagering (slots: 100%, table games: 10%, live dealer: 10%); (d) Bets placed with Bonus funds that exceed the maximum bet limit (typically PHP 50 per spin/hand) will not count toward wagering; and (e) Bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the specified time period (typically 30 days).

6. Gaming Rules and Betting Terms

6.1 General Betting Rules

When placing Bets on 1xlote: (a) all Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or modified; (b) Bets are settled according to the official results from the relevant game provider or sports data provider; (c) in the event of a technical error, malfunction, or incorrect odds, 1xlote reserves the right to void Bets; (d) 1xlote may impose maximum bet limits, maximum win limits, and other restrictions on certain games or Users; and (e) simultaneous or correlated Bets on multiple accounts or by related parties are prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting: (a) Bets are settled based on official results provided by our sports data providers; (b) if an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, Bets are voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise specified; (c) settlement of Bets is based on the result at the conclusion of regular time unless otherwise stated; (d) in-play (live) Bets are subject to potential delays in odds updates and acceptance; and (e) 1xlote reserves the right to void Bets if palpable errors occur in odds, results, or game information.

6.3 Casino and Slots Rules

For casino games and slots: (a) game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG); (b) Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by game manufacturers and are theoretical long-term values; (c) malfunction voids all pays and plays; (d) if a game round is interrupted due to disconnection, the round will be completed automatically and the result credited to your Account; and (e) game rules and paytables are available within each game interface.

6.4 Live Dealer Rules

For live dealer games: (a) games are streamed in real-time from professional studios with human dealers; (b) game outcomes are determined by physical cards, dice, wheels, or other equipment; (c) if a technical issue occurs during a live game, the round may be voided and stakes refunded; (d) chat features must be used respectfully and professionally; and (e) 1xlote reserves the right to remove disruptive players from live dealer tables.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

1xlote offers various Bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published at the time of the promotion. General Bonus rules include: (a) Bonuses are available to eligible Users only; (b) one Bonus per User, household, IP address, or device unless otherwise specified; (c) Bonuses must be claimed within the specified time period; (d) wagering requirements apply to all Bonuses; and (e) 1xlote reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel Bonuses at any time.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute Bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: (a) creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses; (b) using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions; (c) colluding with other players; (d) irregular betting patterns designed to exploit Bonuses; and (e) any other activity 1xlote deems to be Bonus abuse. Users found engaging in Bonus abuse will have Bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, Accounts suspended or terminated, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.

8. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

8.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1xlote: (a) creating multiple Accounts; (b) providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (c) using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal purposes; (d) colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping; (e) using automated betting software, bots, or scripts; (f) exploiting software bugs or technical errors; (g) reverse engineering or attempting to access the Platform's source code; (h) harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or staff; (i) attempting to access another User's Account; and (j) any other activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8.2 Account Suspension and Termination

1xlote reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect: (a) violation of these Terms & Conditions; (b) fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) Bonus abuse or irregular betting patterns; (d) providing false information during registration or verification; (e) underage gambling; (f) use of the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction; or (g) any other activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

8.3 Consequences of Account Termination

Upon Account termination: (a) your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked; (b) all pending Bets will be voided; (c) Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited; (d) remaining Account balance (deposited funds only) may be returned to you after verification and compliance review, subject to deduction of any fees, charges, or amounts owed to 1xlote; and (e) you will be permanently banned from creating new Accounts on the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Ownership

All content on the 1xlote Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of 1xlote or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that you acquire no ownership rights by using the Platform.

9.2 Limited License

1xlote grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not: (a) copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (c) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; (d) use the Platform's content for commercial purposes; or (e) frame or mirror any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 No Warranty

THE 1XLOTE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. 1XLOTE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. 1XLOTE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1XLOTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF 1XLOTE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 1XLOTE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF DEPOSITS MADE BY YOU TO YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10.3 Force Majeure

1xlote shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor strikes, government actions, internet service disruptions, power failures, hardware or software malfunctions, or any other events of force majeure.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either Party may initiate arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 1xlote.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1xlote and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.

12.2 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without 1xlote's prior written consent. 1xlote may freely assign or transfer these Terms to any third party without notice or consent.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver by 1xlote of any term or condition in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by 1xlote to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
